FF Daily Journal - Stylishly decorated: AAUW hosts Tour of Homes

"The local chapter of the American Association of University Women hosted the Tour of Homes on Saturday, bringing together guests for an afternoon of food, decor and community. Since 1964, the AAUW has been using the Tour of Homes as a way to fund scholarships for women and girls in and around the Fergus Falls area.
The first tickets in 1964 sold for $1.
“The AAUW partnered with Claire Ann Shover Nursery School and so they split the proceeds. Shortly after that, the AAUW took it on by itself,” Jeanne Jensen said. Jensen moved to Fergus Falls in 1972 and has been involved in the AAUW since shortly after that. In one way or another, Jensen has been involved in the tour ever since."
